Automation Controls Engineer

Position Overview
Our company is seeking an experienced Automation Controls Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing, and maintaining automation control systems for our production lines.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop automation control systems using Motion, PLC, HMI, and other relevant softwarePerform installation, integration, and commissioning of automation control systemsDevelop and execute test plans to ensure that automation control systems meet design specificationsTroubleshoot and resolve issues with automation control systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that automation control systems meet project requirements and timelinesProvide technical support to production teams as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in designing and implementing automation control systemsStrong proficiency in Motion Controls, PLC, and HMI programming Experience with IEC 61131, Allen Bradley, and Cognex is highly desirableStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracy
