At Avis Budget Group, we’re on the lookout for a talented Automation Developer to enhance our Business Process Improvement team. Your responsibilities will include:  

Develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions using tools such as UI Path, Office 365, and Smartsheet. 

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation processes. 

Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency through automation. 

Troubleshoot and optimize automation scripts to ensure reliability and performance. 

Support financial systems by creating tools to improve data quality, perform validations, and address exceptions. 

Conduct testing, debugging, and performance evaluations for automation solutions. 

Provide technical expertise to stakeholders and ensure adherence to PCI and SOX compliance standards. 

Document processes, scripts, and solutions to promote knowledge sharing and best practices. 

What We’re Looking For 

Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., UI Path, Office 365 applications, Smartsheet). 

Experience with financial/accounting ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) is a plus. 

Advanced knowledge of programming or scripting languages is an advantage. 

Previous experience in developing and implementing automation solutions. 

Familiarity with data quality improvement, cleansing, and validation processes. 

Advanced proficiency in English. 

Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation. 

Strong communication skills to work effectively in a B2B environment. 

Experience in project management or Lean methodology is a plus.
