Job Title: DeltaV Engineer Job Description We are seeking a skilled DeltaV Engineer to join our team. The candidate will configure and troubleshoot DeltaV Systems on-site, providing automation support for the DeltaV process control system. Responsibilities include supporting start-up and qualification activities of process equipment using DeltaV, as well as designing, configuring, and commissioning DeltaV Batch systems. Hard Skills + DeltaV Batch Configuration + DeltaV Equipment Module Configuration + DeltaV Live Graphics Configuration + Configuration of DeltaV code (CM, EM, PH, etc) + Troubleshooting of DeltaV code (CM, EM, PH, etc) + Tuning of control loops + DeltaV batch experience + cGMP/Pharma experience + Automation Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Work Environment The role involves converting customer requirements into DeltaV code (batch), engaging with graphics and testing, and handling extensive documentation in the pharma sector. The position is project-based, with work primarily based in the Holly Springs office and travel to client sites for commissioning (1-2 hours from Holly Springs site).
