Job Title: Automation Engineer

Job DescriptionThe person will conceive, develop, and carry out projects that will automate, improve quality, reduce operating costs, increase yield and reduce downtime.You will design new high-speed equipment and machinery as conceived to support the in-house needs of both production and process engineering.You will conceptualize, source, evaluate, qualify, test, and install purchased equipment.You will leverage Continuous Improvement mindset, tools, and processes to modify and/or integrate existing equipment to improve efficiency and output in a manner consistent with the business needs.Program PLCs and Modify You will test and debug automated manufacturing solutions. You will monitor and troubleshoot automated manufacturing system.About Actalent
