Als Automation Engineer maak je technische tekeningen, specificaties en productgerelateerde technische documentatie voor de Single-Use Hardware Systems die door onze Biopharma-klanten worden gebruikt. Je ontwerpt, vervaardigt, monteert of test elektrische, mechanische of andere componenten en apparaten. Door middel van cross-functionele samenwerking en iteraties help je te voldoen aan de kwaliteits- en prestatiecriteria die door de klant zijn vastgesteld.

Deze functie wordt aangeboden op basis van een fulltime contract voor een jaar, dat verlengd wordt na een positieve evaluatie. Naast een competitief salaris bieden we voordelen zoals een 13e maand, jaarlijkse bonus en een pensioenplan. Geïnteresseerd? Laten we contact opnemen!

Werktijden: Maandag tot en met vrijdag, 08:30-17:00. Er zijn 1-2 dagen thuiswerk per week mogelijk na een succesvolle proeftijd.

Wat we zoeken

Opleiding: Bachelordiploma (HBO) in Elektrotechniek of Software / Automatiseringstechniek of vergelijkbaar ingenieursdiploma

Ervaring: Aantoonbare werkervaring met elektrotechnisch en instrumentatie besturingsontwerp (concept & detailontwerp), calculatie, calculatie en offertes.

Vaardigheden:

Ervaring met CODESYS, PLC en HMI programmering.In staat zijn om elektrische tekeningen te maken, lezen, begrijpen en beoordelenErvaring met bug trackingAantoonbare probleemoplossende vaardighedenZakelijke vloeiendheid in het EngelsHet vermogen om professionele relaties met klanten en leveranciers te ontwikkelen en te onderhouden

Hoe jij je zult ontwikkelen en invloed zult hebben

Automatiseringstechnieken uitvoeren, waaronder het specificeren, documenteren en testen van systemen met hardware- en softwarespecificaties voor industriële automatisering en besturingsstarters en HMI-panelen.Voorbereiden van de RFQ voor automatisering (PLC en HMI) op basis van input van proces- en gebruikerseisen.Beoordelen en goedkeuren van voorstellen van leveranciers en onderaannemers, controleren op naleving van projectspecificaties en waar nodig commentaar geven.Contact opnemen met bestaande en nieuwe leveranciers om state-of-the-art industrieoplossingen te implementeren.Voorbereiden van de benodigde technische documentatie zoals Functional Description Specification, Software Design Specification, Operation & Maintenance Manual en FAT van het controlepaneel.Voorbereiden van de benodigde technische documentatie zoals Functional Description Specification, Software Design Specification, Operation & Maintenance Manual en FAT van het controlepaneel.Voorbereiden van lijsten met reserveonderdelen en conserveringsrapporten.Reizen naar klantlocaties om te helpen bij het oplossen van problemen met bestaande systemen.Tests uitvoeren, waaronder fabrieks- en locatieacceptatietests.
