You will be responsible to:
+ Participate in strategic automation projects in different company sites;
+ Maintain and develop standards, procedures, and specifications for continuous and discrete control, alarms, interlocks, and human-machine interfaces in compliance with internal and external guidelines;
+ Define requirements, plan, and manage strategic automation equipment projects or changes to existing ones;
+ Develop and review/approve specifications, testing document templates, and internal and standard operating procedures (IOP, SOP);
+ Collaborate with Automation sites to support the exchange of proven practices and standards;
+ Collaborate in internal/external audits and inspections;
+ Follow HSE programs and participate in PHA, FMEA, and HAZOP;
+ Provide technical support and training to site personnel on automation systems.
We are looking to recruit a Candidate:
+ Engineering Degree (preferably Mechanical or Automation Engineering with chemical manufacturing automation experience);
+ Experience in equipment automation design, commissioning, and qualification;
+ 2-3 years of relevant experience in automated control systems, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector;
+ Good understanding and knowledge of control systems (DCS, SCADA, and PLC);
+ Proficient in computer skills (office software tools, preferably with computer programming knowledge: Sequential Flow Charts and Function Block diagrams, Visual Basic, Mathematical software packages);
+ Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
+ Strong project management, coordination, communication, and leadership skills;
+ Demonstrated team spirit, initiative, dynamism, and creativity;
+ Excellent root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
