Job Responsibilities:

Ensure uptime for automation tools and system.Provide troubleshooting and repair for automation tools like OHT, ARV, AGV, Stocker, Counter, Split Merge station, vision and traceability in terms of hardware and software.Collaboration with other stakeholders, MFG, PEE and QE teams for continuous improvement.Involve 6S and spare parts management as part of operation support.Resolving Automation system issues by working closely with IT team.Participate in the shift pass down and provide reports/feedback of issues encountered to production and engineering team.Continuous learning in automation system and hardware.Provide lesson learnt to production and engineering team for the resolving line issues.Involve periodic maintenance for automation toolsAccountability to monitor tool performance after releasing tool for production. 

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronic EngineeringEquivalent experience in semiconductor manufacturingA high level of motivation, disciplined and goal-orientedTeammate with good communication and interpersonal skills in building positive relationshipsGood work ethic, and ability to work independently and in a team settingAbility to perform 12-hour rotating shift workFresh Polytechnic graduates may apply

Diploma from recognized institution is required

Certificate

Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering is preferredRelated field of study

Experience

Preferred at least 1-year experience in any of the following:

Maintenance/Troubleshooting/RepairProduction/ManufacturingSemiconductor Manufacturing

Qualifications

Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills with the ability to identify root causeMechanical aptitudeAbility to manage multiple tasks and see them to conclusion based on a given timelineSelf-motivated and enthusiasticQuality and procedural mindedWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products
