While taking ownership in your area of work, you’ll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain. 

 
Job Functions 

 

Overall responsibility will be to work with each of the multidisciplinary teams, automation upgrade and process visualization systems; supervise electrical activities, training, and trouble-shooting electrical issues, including PLC or networks related. Utilize and improve current technology to provide continuous improvement to all maintenance and operation’s effectiveness. Provide support, planning, direction, and supervision to electrical team members. Program responsibility to include executing preventative/predictive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and equipment overhauls and upgrades as it pertains to the plant electrical systems. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

·       Digital Transformation 

·       Improve data content on actual applications based on facility requirements. 

·       Train Manufacturing and Electrical & Automation team members on the capabilities of digital tools implemented. 

 

·       Technical lead 

·       Provide technical support for maintenance team during assigned shift and on call support off shifts as required lead troubleshooting. 

·       Proficiency in working PLC’s Programming, Allen-Bradley families is preferable. 

·       VFDs, HMI’s, Industrial Communication protocol, Allen-Bradley preferable.  

·       Understanding of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) 

·       Good working knowledge on Server and Systems  

·       Experience with industrial instrumentation  

·       Experience with industrial power & control circuits 

·       Ability to read and understand schematics and electrical drawings. 

 

·       Support root cause analysis with process data. 

·       Supervise electrical and control work performed by contractors and electricians. 

·       Coordinate with other departments to resolve electrical issues. 

·       Implement disaster recovery plan for critical equipment. 

·       Support to engineering projects. 

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

·       Ability to work with minimal supervision and function effectively in a highly demanding environment. 

·       Ability to interact effectively with outside vendors, production operators, team leads, and the maintenance trades. 

 

·       IL6S / TPM 

·       Ensure execution of preventive maintenance schedules for electrical distribution system, control equipment and instrumentation using SAP PM. 

·       Ensure execution of maintenance and inspection plans to ensure reliability, sustainability and security of electrical distribution infrastructure using CMMS 

More about this role

 

Education / Certifications:

 

·       Preferable Experience on Food industry experience.  

·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechatronic / Electronic) 

 

Job specific requirements:

 

·       English conversational 

·       Ability to work any shift and overtime. 

·       On call for consultation during other shifts 

·       3 - 5 years of related experience

.  Hands on programing and troubleshooting experience

 

Travel requirements:

 

·       Less than 30%
