Marketing Automation Manager
Project Summary
The Digital Marketing Team is responsible for developing, optimizing and implementing lead generation and nurturing campaigns to support business line growth objectives. The newly defined Marketing Automation Manager function within this group will strive to enable timely, relevant and engaging digital communications with prospects and customers. This role will develop and execute campaigns within Pardot/Marketing Automation to support campaigns defined by the Global/regional Marketing Managers well as provide day to day management and strategic oversight to the development and implementation of Marketing Automation campaigns across business lines. The ideal candidate has experience in writing, creating, executing, and optimizing Pardot e-mail marketing campaigns, landing pages, lead nurturing, and lead scoring.
Responsibility
• Build and constantly improve email marketing strategy, test plans and overall program development while creating new flows, and nurture campaigns for prospects and customers
• Manage prospect and customer database including creating and updating lists, segmenting data and list hygiene.
• Create emails, landing pages, forms, reports and set up advanced lead nurturing campaigns
• Set up, testing, execution and reporting on Pardot-based campaigns for lead management, lead nurturing, lead scoring and lead routing
• Develop and execute global demand gen campaigns end-to-end from target identification to post-campaign reporting
• Manage A/B tests, and continuously optimize email templates and landing pages
• Construct views and dashboards within SFDC and Pardot for all campaigns, leads, prospects, opportunities, pipeline, contact, account and revenue activities
Job Description
• Demonstrated success executing marketing campaigns with expertise using Pardot including database management, smart-list development, setup, testing, launching and scoring of campaigns and programs, and reporting on campaign analytics
• Excellent writing skills, specifically copywriting targeted at the B2B buyer
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and close attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to execute successful projects with minimal guidance in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Attention to detail and strong organization skills with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and requests
• Advanced knowledge of policies, practices and marketing automation system, Pardot preferred.
• Proficient in HTML
• Pardot and SFDC experience is a plus
Education and Experience
• Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communication studies, business administration or related discipline.
• 5+ years of B2B lead generation e-mail marketing experience
• 3+ years of marketing automation experience (Pardot)
• 3+ years working with CRM data quality and integration. (SFDC preferred)
• 3+ years conducting general direct marketing and CRM campaigns.

Search Marketing Manager
Project Summary
Responsibility
• Lead the SEM and SEO from a strategic and operational basis
• Ensure performance of search marketing/PPC advertising vs. volume & ROI targets
• Manage continued development of internal SEM platform for bidding and optimizations
• Oversee analytical reviews of performance
• Work closely with business teams to compliment product strategy
• Work with marketing managers on optimization of landing pages and conversion path
• Manage and grow relationships with search partners like Google, Yahoo, Bing and more
• Develop SEO strategies for: keyword list development, URL and site architecture optimizations, content development, back-linking and other strategies that maximize indexing, rank, CTR and on-site conversion of SEO traffic
• Define SEO requirements in a product management capacity and QA implementation
• Set KPI benchmarking and track SEO performance in the aggregate and on an initiative basis
• Provide ongoing education on SEO best practices and emerging optimization techniques to key stakeholders
• Proactively communicate SEO results to management on a weekly basis, or more often if necessary
• Conduct analysis at least quarterly to identify further optimization opportunities for SEO
• Follow up on status of SEO recommendations, provide implementation reviews/feedback
• Provide ongoing education on SEO best practices and emerging optimization techniques to key stakeholders

• Creative thinker able to develop and execute concepts from start to finish.
• Demonstrable experience working with and gleaning meaningful, actionable insights from Google Analytics, Pardot, DOMO and other analytics tools.
• Excellent creative eye and ability to work with design teams to deliver final creative and messaging that engages and converts.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, display and other integrated digital campaigns.
• Experience with planning and buying display/video media and social advertising units
• Well-versed in best practices for landing page conversion techniques, growth hacking concepts and testing for optimization and refinement.
• Experience in identifying and interpreting KPIs to optimize campaigns and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making (ROI Analysis, site features, content development, etc.)
• Experience with reporting and tracking tools such as: Google Analytics, DoubleClick, Tableau, Kenshoo, Omniture/SiteCatalyst, Mongoose Call Tracking, Marchex Call Tracking
• Experience with competitive data platforms, such as: Benchtools, Hitwise, Comscore
• Experience with bid management platforms, scuh as: Kenshoo, Google & Yahoo/Bing UI
• Working knowledge of HTML and WordPress.
• Photoshop or other website creative or production skills highly desirable.
• Advertising or marketing experience at a digital agency preferred.
• Results-oriented team player.
Education and Experience:
• BS or BA degree with significant emphasis in marketing, life sciences or the equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years of high volume Search Engine Marketing (SEM) including PPC, Local search, Mobile search, Contextual and Video search
• Must be Google AdWords Certified. Google Analytics Certification is a plus.
