Virtually monitor all warehouse processes to ensure products are completed on time. Troubleshoot defective equipment/systems and partner with appropriate department for resolution, while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)1-year automated warehouse facility experienceExperience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve or help others resolve equipment and process issuesExcellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguityDemonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task various and conflicting responsibilitiesMay require ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gearMust be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
