RPA Product Lead

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Lead to join our Healthcare client's RPA Business team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise project and product management, with a particular focus on healthcare and automation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise-level healthcare and automation projects.
Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Utilize PMP and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
Conduct PI Planning and manage project estimation, siting, and planning activities.
Oversee automation-related projects across various platforms.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Monitor and report on project metrics and achievements.

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
10-15+ years of experience in enterprise project/product management.
Multiple years of experience in healthcare and automation.
Strong enterprise-level experience in a robust environment.
Proven track record of longevity in previous roles (no gaps longer than 6 months).
Demonstrated achievements and metrics on resume.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Preferred experience with PI Planning and UI.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and software. PMP certification.
Green Belt, Six Sigma certification. null
