**JOB SUMMARY**
ONEOK is seeking a dynamic and experienced Automation Professional III to join the automation team. This role will focus on developing and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to optimize and improve business processes. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation technology and possesses a strong background in robotic process automation (RPA) and business process optimization. They will play a pivotal role in growing the company’s automation initiatives thorough scalable automation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process optimization and robotic process automation with a proven track record of successfully evaluating and increasing the effectiveness of business processes and implementing automation technology solutions. Strong understanding of automation software, low-code/no-code tools, and best practices, with the ability to tailor approaches to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders and situations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams. Experience with UiPath, PowerAutomate, or other automation tools, preferred.
While this position may be remote, it will require some travel for office meetings, as needed, to our corporate office in Tulsa, OK.

**Job Profile Summary**
Lead role responsible for identifying, recommending, designing, developing, testing, and maintaining low-code/no code technology solutions, including robotics process automation (RPA), in support of business activities. Responsible for the identification and prioritization of work requests, development resources, and ensuring agreed upon service levels are met.
**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**
+ Lead process automation assessments, identify and analyze improvement opportunities.
+ Identify and document business requirements to determine the capabilities that need to be delivered.
+ Discuss with the users and provide input on the suitability, priorities, complexities, and other impacts of the requirements, including project estimates when necessary.
+ Lead end-to-end automation projects, design complex automation solutions through low code/no code technology solutions and ensure the scalability and efficiency of automation implementations.
+ Develop and lead the implementation of best automation solutions for projects by thoroughly understanding the business needs and utilizing the best tools available to meet those needs while adhering to established best practices and standards.
+ Stay up-to-date on intelligent automation industry trends and collaborate to enhance business capabilities.
+ Ensure documentation and coding best practices are communicated to the automation team.
+ Lead the review and testing efforts for complex automation projects and contribute to the enhancement of testing processes.
+ Partner with subject-matter experts to validate the accuracy and consistency of data and drive efforts to monitor data quality and ensure conformity with established metrics.
+ Implement existing policies, guidelines, and standards for Intelligent Automation efforts, including but not limited to:
+ Regularly monitoring access to folders, applications, robots, and licenses.
+ Ensure solutions are meeting all standards set by team
+ Monitor changes to applications, processes, and rules impacting Intelligent Automation. Implement solutions when necessary.
+ Lead solution maintenance efforts, troubleshoot and collaborate to solve advanced/complex issues in automation solutions, optimize existing solutions, and contribute to development of proactive maintenance strategies. Identify and elevate to higher support if necessary.
+ Manage individual projects and lead automation team projects, assist team in prioritizing and managing project backlog, and communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and project initiatives are met.
+ Align and communicate with automation team, subject matter experts and stakeholders for project updates or changes, schedules, team roles and responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
+ Develop strong working relationships and collaborate with team members, business partners, IT stakeholders, consultants and vendors, to achieve success on initiatives. Provide guidance and instruction as needed.
**Education**
+ Bachelor's Degree : Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Sciences or other related field with specific job-related experience as follows:
**Work Experience**
+ Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows using Low-Code/No-Code Applications.
+ Experience with low-code automation tools, strong scripting skills, and the ability to handle moderately complex automation scenarios independently.
+ Experience interacting, advising, training, and communicating effectively across business groups.
+ Experience developing information, conducting meetings, and presenting information to individuals and groups.
+ Experience in business or process analysis, development lifecycle, and change management techniques including identification of potential process solutions preferred.
+ Experience improving and automating workflows and integrations using RPA tools.
+ Experience in applying project management techniques
