YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Define and align the project plan with stakeholders from IT, business areas and local functions. Manage the different phases of a project: preparation, scoping, analysis and design, implementation and stabilization. Ownership on the project plan and fulfillment of deliverables and timeline. Manage appropriately change management and prepare organization for future changes related to a project. Manage the alignment and implementation of processes considering business and legal for international partners. Ensure processes are properly documented. Manage client expectations and deliverables, respecting timelines and project plan. Effectively communicate with colleagues on different professional levels in an international and multi-cultural environment. Evaluate and escalate risks and find appropriate mitigation actions. Manage issues resolution. Manage risks and issues resolution. Coordination with other projects and interactions with different counter parts. Report project status on management level and other stakeholders. Follow the project framework (deliverables, milestones, project standard tools) Flexibility to adapt to different type of projects Enter and control dedication to a project. Fulfillment of GETs reporting on time.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

More than 3 years of AI and automation experience. Skilled in Python/R/SQL/Microsoft Power Platform, etc.Prior experience of more than 2 years in a project environment. Flexibility as well as the ability to work under pressure. Good communication and coordination skills. Problem solving attitude. Organized and structured. Good MS Office suite skills. Good English language skills – other languages will be appreciated.
