Maintenance Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesMust meet or exceed company requirements for safety.Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using programming languages.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that automate manual processes.Create and maintain documentation for automation processes, including technical specifications and user manuals.Perform testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure they are working as intended and meet quality standards.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for automation solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.Provide training and support to end-users on how to use automation solutions effectively.Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications for the roleHigh school graduate or GED required. Previous manufacturing experience not required but desirable.Manual dexterity and mechanically inclined.Basic understanding of computer-based machine controls. Must have basic manufacturing/quality knowledge and be able to use simple measuring devices. Able to follow quality plans and work instructions. Able to use common tools of machine operations.Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
