Summary: Seeking an Automation Technician for 1st shift to provide technical support in designing, building, and testing automation equipment.

Requirements:

HS diploma or GED required

3-5 years of manufacturing/technical experience, preferably as a technician

Technical writing experience (SOPs, work instructions, safety documents)

Proficient in MS Office software including Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Must be a U.S. Citizen or have U.S. Permanent Resident Status

Preferred Skills:

Associates or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline

Experience with PLCs and programming

3D CAD modeling and 3D printing experience

Responsibilities:

Provide technical and administrative support to automation engineering including data collection and entry

Assist in the review of existing and design of new manufacturing equipment and processes

Review, revise, and draft standard operating procedures including work instructions and process documents

Train operators and other employees on new equipment/processes

Troubleshoot automation equipment prior to and during production

Mechanical and electrical assembly of components from engineering drawings

Fabricate machine components using aluminum framing

Layout, wire, assemble, and troubleshoot electrical control systems for automated machinery

Manage workflow of 3D printers

Pay Details: $27.00 to $32.50 per hour
