Automation Technician
**Adecco has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Automation Technician in Belmont, NH. This role is perfect for those passionate about building automation, working with robotics, and troubleshooting custom automation challenges. As part of our team you will work on cutting-edge custom automation projects and collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers.** **Salary:** $61,000 - $71,000 salary per year, based on experience **Work Hours:** Minimum 40 hours per week with potential for overtime. 1st Shift, 4-10 hour days. Occasional travel up to 25%. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Project Involvement:** Work with other technicians and engineers on custom automation projects designed and built by our team. + **Assembly and Troubleshooting:** Assemble, wire, and troubleshoot various automation components. Set up and configure HMIs, electrical panels, PLCs, VFDs, SCARA, and 6-axis robots. + **Project Management:** Meet aggressive goals and deadlines for project assembly and delivery. + **Field Support:** Travel occasionally to support field service teams with assignments both in-state and out-of-state. + **Safety and Compliance:** Identify safety issues and adhere to safety protocols. Lead by example and demonstrate strong communication skills. + **Adaptability:** Adjust to changing needs during various stages of the project build. **Qualifications:** + **Experience:** Proven experience in automation, including assembly, wiring, and troubleshooting of custom automation systems. + **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with PLCs, VFDs, SCARA, and 6-axis robots.
