(https://twitter.com/BerryGlobalInc) **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative maintenance on regular intervals + Troubleshoot PLC's and drives + Respond to reported automation, vision, and robot issues + Troubleshoot pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical problems with machines + Replace necessary components such as sensors, electric wiring, cylinders, bearings, conveyors, motors, air/vacuum lines and valves + Work with assembly line operators as needed to troubleshoot issues + Communicate all changes and all-important information to Manager or supervisor + Ensure all system performances are optimized and running safely + Record accurate production data that includes all necessary information needed for tracking purposes + Perform housekeeping duties as necessary + Support and maintain policies of the company including ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, continuous improvement, and standard work procedures + Report unsafe conditions and behaviors + Relieve assembly line operators as needed to meet production requirements **Qualifications** + Effective written and oral communication skills + Must be mechanically inclined and electrically proficient + Must be safety and quality conscience at all times + 5-7 years of maintenance & automation experience preferred + Ability to work under limited supervision + Additional training may be required retain position + Must be familiar with the operation of PLC's, drives, and robots + Must be responsibile, self-motivated, and team orientated.
