**Job Title: Automation Technician** **Job Description** These positions are non-union roles that provide oversight for sustaining operation and repair of automated equipment. You will assist product, process, and manufacturing engineers to improve operating processes, cycle times, quality, OEE, and labor utilization through automating processes. + Responsibilities include programming robots and troubleshooting using schematics for PLCs, Pneumatics, and Robotics. + Starting pay is $25.50 per hour, with potential to increase to $29 per hour based on experience. + You must be able to work off shifts and overtime when needed. + Eligible for a 4% bonus based on plant performance and other factors. + Schedules: 2nd Shift 2:45 pm - 10:45 pm, 3rd Shift 10:45 pm - 6:45 am. **Hard Skills** + Programming Robots + Troubleshooting using schematics for PLCs + Pneumatics + Robotics **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
