\n\t\t\t\t\t

Perform a variety of Production Equipment Maintenance. Backup other maintenance personnel on projects as required.\nTroubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical system problems such as electrical circuits, controls, motor, proximity switches, and PLCs I/O system, and relay-base, using root cause analysis principles and taking corrective action to repair or replacing the electrical and mechanical component.\nDebug, and repair production equipment 240/480- single or 3 phase and DC 24 voltage systems, AC/DC circuit, frequency drives, load cells, power distribution, induction motor, and other machine control components, as quickly and safely as possible to ensure minimal production downtime on manufacturing equipment.\nFollow preventive maintenance schedule for equipment. Keep neat and accurate repair records and other department information such as walk-throughs and daily inspections on manufacturing equipment in the plant.\nResponsible for equipment installations, retrofits, and upgrades on the electrical and mechanical systems.\nIdentify and troubleshoot sources of mechanical failure. Make recommendations and report problems to the immediate Supervisor for future improvements on building and or equipment in the manufacturing facility\nPrepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.\nPerforms other duties as assigned by the Production Lead, Team Supervisor or Department Manager.\nBe available to work on an on-call basis.\nConduct trials & report on results in order to improve and maximize equipment performance and utilization\nObtain all documents needed for device calibration in order to proceed with calibration.

•\tExperience with building assemblies from blueprints.\n•\tExperience working on electrical panels and wiring.\n•\tAbility to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints.\n•\tExperience in production with the ability to monitor processes and identify defects.\n•\tProficiency in using multiple measuring devices and electrical tools.\n•\tProficiency in using test and measurement tools such as multimeters and calipers.\n•\tStrong understanding of electronic and pneumatic schematics for troubleshooting.\n•\tCommitment to safety procedures, including OSHA Lock Out/Tag Out requirements.\n•\tExcellent organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient work

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00
