Automation Technician
Job Title: Automation Technician

Shift: 1st shift, Monday to Friday, starting at 5am or 6am, 10-hour shifts, some Saturdays required (45-55 hours/week)

Job Description:

Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on plant machinery.Assist with production equipment repairs.Update and maintain PLCs and HMI systems.Troubleshoot and repair production printers, labelers, and date-coding equipment.Collaborate with vendors for new or updated coding applications.Maintain a library of equipment settings and parts inventory.Perform preventive maintenance on robotic palletizers and scanning equipment.Update obsolete instrumentation.Repair and maintain facility machinery and mechanical equipment.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Suggest improvements and initiate purchase orders for parts and tools.Communicate issues to supervisors and understand production workflow.

The pay range for this position is $24.96 - $24.96
