The Mobile Automation Technical Lead is responsible in leading the delivery and execution of the Interoperability automation strategy with the aim of increasing efficiency and effectiveness through reduced manual effort. The individual will drive multiple mobile, interoperability and ADA test automation development project work streams and to ensure that the automated tests are built and run on time and to a high level of quality. The Automation Test Lead is also responsible for appropriate tool selection and leading the design and execution of a comprehensive and reusable test repository. .
Qualifications/Requirements:
• 10+ years’ experience in Information Technology in a large corporate environment
• 5+ years’ experience in Test automation
• 3+ years’ experience with ALM/Quality Center
• 3+ years’ experience in HP UFT Tool
• Must be detail-oriented and have excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively within a complex and dynamic environment
• Must have demonstrated the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining timeliness and accuracy
• Must possess strong communication skills
• Must be self-motivated with the desire to seek ways to improve systems/processes with a high quality
• Must have experience in Test automation assessment and Frameworks
• Must have demonstrated the ability to analyze and draw conclusions from raw data
• Experience with Application Testing Software programs in Cross Browser and Mobile Labs preferred
• Experience designing and executing software test automation strategies preferred
