Job Description/ Responsibilities; Over 7+ years of experience in experience with Test Automation of Web Applications , Desk Top Applications using Automation Tools like UFT , QTP , Coded UI , BDD test tools Experienced in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).Experienced in reviewing and analyzing Business Requirement Document (BRD) for writing detailed Test plan, Test strategy, Test scenarios, Test data and Test cases.Extensively experienced in creating automation test scripts Expert in performing Integration testing, System testing, Functional testing, Smoke testing, Regression testing Browser Testing, Web Service TestingExperienced in working with HP ALM and Quality Center / TFS/ MTM test management ToolsExperienced in creating and developing Test plan, Test cases, Test data and executing Test cases to produce bug or defect and reports on resolved bugs using HP ALM/Quality Center.Experienced in writing SQL queries and executed procedures to perform Back-End Testing for the expected result and checking the data integrity using PL/SQL Queries.Extensively experienced in designing and creating reusable automated scripts using UFT descriptive programming, environment variables, and function library with delivering customized test results.Strong VB scripting skills and successfully implemented various advanced object identification mechanism.Expertise on working Quick Test Professional (QTP)/ Unified Functional Testing (UFT)with various object models and methods.Expertise on working QTP/UFT tools such as, Run Results Deletion Tool, Test Batch Runner Tool etc.Experienced in developing and implementing Data Driven Framework, generic and application based Keyword Driven Framework and Hybrid Framework in QTP/UFT.Experienced in creating Object Repositories, Checkpoints, Recovery Scenarios and error handlings.Experienced in Defect Follow-Up Meeting and analyzed root cause after successfully logging a defect.Strong organizational, presentation and a good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
