As an Automation and Transformation Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the development of high-impact initiatives focused on deploying Automation and AI/ML-enabled solutions that enhance efficiencies and align the business with the target operating model. This role requires an Associate who can work on projects involving data transformation, data visualization, data digitization, and artificial intelligence, including LLMs, NLP, and Gen AI, among other initiatives. You will have the opportunity to innovate using cutting-edge technologies while collaborating with operations, product, and technology teams across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead process automation from design to deployment, ensuring firm standards and governance. Collaborate with experts to develop solutions using Alteryx, Tableau, UI Path, and Instabase. Drive automation and data initiatives with key stakeholders. Partner with tech teams to enhance infrastructure for scalable automation. Ensure compliance with governance and risk standards (e.g., Jira, Data Use Council). Provide reports and support to management for OKRs and KPIs. Influence tech and product roadmaps to meet business needs. Promote scalability, reusability, and design excellence. Integrate emerging technologies and industry trends. Mentor and develop junior talent and build strong stakeholder relationships. Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect within the firm.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry, banking operations, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in developing automation solutions or delivering change. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Strong technical acumen with advanced knowledge of "no-code/low-code" tools like Alteryx or Tableau, or familiarity with programming languages such as SQL or Python. Proven track record in delivering complex transformation projects. Ability to manage multiple work streams independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical and non-technical information effectively. Ability to proactively identify business needs and influence global stakeholders. Skilled in analyzing complex problems and developing clear solutions. Comfortable with change, ambiguity, debate, conflict, and informed risk-taking. Alignment with team values, including collaboration, diversity, and respect.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Curiosity about modern technologies and awareness of industry trends and best practices. Knowledge of basic project management competencies, such as Agile methodology.
