**Job Title: Painter** **Job Description** Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers. Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results. Apply paint, varnish, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain and clean painting equipment and work areas. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines. **Hard Skills** + paint + paint booth + spray gun **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Hialeah Gardens, Florida. **Work Environment** Midsized warehouse with about 15 other workers including engineers. Very busy shop floor with various work stations. Fast paced and tight deadlines. Open bay warehouse but has fans everywhere and does not feel too hot, comfortable. They have drink stations. Can get cold in winter and hot in summer. Loud noises and heavy parts/equipment.
