The Mobile Technician MAS performs on-site diagnostics, programming, 1234yf refrigerant service, ADAS calibration, and wiring harness repair for business to business customers. Provides technical assistance to the office staff to communicate with customers. Represents MAS positively as the face of the company on a day to day basis.
Key Job Responsibilities
Ensures consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
Performs on-site diagnostics, programming, 1234yf refrigerant service, ADAS calibration, and wiring harness rep for business to business customers.
Provides technical assistance to the office staff in order to communicate with customers.
Represents MAS positively as the face of the company on a day to day basis.
Keeps tools up to date.
Utilizes scheduling guidelines to manage time and meet customer expectations.
Study and keep up with new technology.
Education and/or Experience Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Required Skills/Abilities
PC literate in order to understand scheduling system
Other Requirements
