Job DescriptionOversee the daily operations of the assembly line, ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met.Schedule and coordinate staff shifts and production cycles.Train new staff on assembly techniques, safety regulations, and proper use of tools and equipment.Ensure that all assembled products meet the required quality standards.Conduct regular inspections and quality tests on completed assemblies.Address any production issues or defects promptly.Maintain and manage all assembly tooling and equipment.Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working condition and properly calibrated.Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance.Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Conduct safety training sessions and drills.Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to optimize assembly processes.

Qualifications3–5-years' experience with automotive assembly plant Chassis Tooling.Bachelor of Science in Engineering education.Manufacturing process & launch experience is preferred. Project Management experience (3-5 years)Must have strong leadership behaviors, high accountability attitude, strong communication skills, ability to lead by example and coach/mentor team members to improve the team performances and resultsMastery of geometry assessments (technical documents and processes).Management of scheduling, organization, and internal processes for the launching phase activities.Knowledge of Automotive Manufacturing processes and trades (stamping, welding, painting and assembly)Knowledge of the BCI product design fundamentals Knowledge of APQP/PPAP and Change Management processes.Self-motivator with a strong passion for automobiles and appreciation for quality. Basic understanding of statistics and root cause problem solving. Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills a must!Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google AppsHigh level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
