We are a high volume automotive dealership and have an immediate need for a qualified Automotive Biller- Wholesales to provide day-to-day oversight to a growing accounting team. The Automotive Biller- Wholesales provides the leadership team with accurate bookkeeping, receivables and OOS dmv transactions.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

· Billing all wholesale transactions 

. Basic knowledge of automotive dmv regulations

· Following up with financial institutions on outstanding titles/lien releases.

· Process all retail Out of State dmv  transactions

- Review and verify billing data and ensure all necessary documentation is included
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
- Maintain billing records and documentation in an organized manner
- Follow up with auctions regarding outstanding payments or billing inquiries
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Familiarity with automotive dealership industry and related billing practices
-- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate billing records

Must have the following competencies:

Familiarity with titles and continuation of ownership.Strong organizational & problem solving skillsReynolds & Reynolds DMS or similar

Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
