Current Body Shop / Collision Repair Manager Experience, REQUIREDOrganization and Structure of a Parts ManagerDrive and Determination of a Service ManagerMaintain a properly trained technical staff and ensure they have the breadth of experience necessary to cover customer needsExcellent communication skills, and computer proficiencySolid understanding of estimating process and systemKnowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operationsAbility to recruit, hire, and train technicians, estimators, and office staffAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
