Automotive Call Center Representative & Cashier
    We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Automotive Call Center Representative & Cashier to join our team at Salt Lake Valley CDJR. This is a dynamic role that combines customer service and cashier responsibilities within the automotive industry. You will be the first point of contact for customers inquiring about products, services, and general information regarding their vehicle needs. Additionally, you will handle cash, process payments, and provide an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Call Center Responsibilities: * Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and maintenance. * Schedule appointments for vehicle service and repairs. * Provide accurate pricing information and product availability to customers. * Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner. * Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the system. * Handle order and service follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction. Cashier Responsibilities: * Process customer payments, including cash, credit, and debit transactions. * Issue receipts, process refunds, and ensure proper cash handling procedures. * Maintain an organized and clean cashier area. * Assist with sales transactions in the automotive parts or service department as needed. * Balance the cash register at the end of each shift. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred). * Prior customer service experience, preferably in an automotive or retail environment. * Experience handling cash and operating a cash register. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus. Skills & Abilities: * Proficient in using phone systems, computer software, and point-of-sale (POS) systems. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. * Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude. * Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
