Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Supplementing the sales team by answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner.
+ Promote current sales programs to clients.
+ Field phone and internet inquiries.
+ Work closely with sales representatives.
+ Scheduling sales appointments and logging appointments in E-leads. Taking note of any special client requests.
+ Conducting follow-up calls.

PAY RANGE: $65,000 - $95,000 ANNUALLY (Range consists of hourly rate + commission).
Requirements
+ At least one year of automotive BDC experience required, must be highly proficient in setting appointments and have strong follow up skills.
+ Outstanding phone presence, able to effectively field a high volume of both inbound and outbound phone calls.
+ Experienced or trainable in various computer systems including: CDK, Infobahn, Eleads
+ Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
+ Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
+ Professional personal appearance.
+ Must be available to work weekends.
