Responsibilities:

OE Project approach, RFQ, nominations

Collect and communicate OEM future technology requirements for input to Win-In-OE and regular exchange with the OEM on upcoming technology, vehicle and product roadmaps. Closely follow up the OEM sourcing process until win the nomination. To understand what the OE tire development performance priorities are and clarify the legal certificate requirements. Support the technical feasibility response: Performance discussed/ agreed by OEMs and Goodyear technical center (GDCC/GICL/GICA/DDCH).

 

OE Technical support activities

Gain alignment and agreement among the cross functional development team members.  Experimental builds: Clearly defined performance gaps between tested products and the creation of tires that could be used as demonstrator tires to be provided to OEMs for evaluation and feedback. Pre-development: Clearly defined performance gaps between tested products and the creation of tires that could be used as demonstrator tires to be provided to OEMs for evaluation and feedback.

 

OE project approval:

Project formals kick off with OEM purchasing, Technical and Quality to define the list of the development project team, project objectives, development project schedule, DVP&R test requirements, Past project experiences and the special requirements of customers. Each submission design strategy and timing plan review with OEM technical team. Each submission joint testing, to confirm the test sessions, test resource and customer attendee full available.

 

OE Project industrialization:

In-account alignment with OE QA Communication of OEM requirements Support preparation of plant visits/audits Support ISIR/PPAP process

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering or any other related courses Preferrably 5 years experience in tyre industry or tyre design. Experience in dealing with Global and Local OEM’s. Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. Passionate about people. Teamwork spirit. Fluent in written & oral English
