Automotive Finance Manager (F&I)

CarShop, a Penske Automotive Company is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic candidate to support the Sales Team by providing customers with competitive financing arrangements for vehicle and aftermarket product purchases.

What will you do?

In this role you will efficiently and effectively support the Sales Team and provide customers with competitive financing arrangements for vehicle purchases and facilitate the sales of aftermarket products. All interactions with customers and fellow associates are to be in alignment with company culture which sets CarShop apart from others in the industry. He/she assists the activities of the Sales Team and works to provide accurate and rapid support for each sale. The F&I Manager is a critical team member in the day to day maintenance and advancement of our company values and culture.

He/She demonstrates consistent application of logic, practicality, and objectivity in decision making while maintaining a balance between quick decisiveness and thorough analysis. The Finance Manager is organized, efficient, and has excellent interpersonal skills. He/She is committed to team success and team building, and maintains confidence under pressure. The successful candidate will exemplify integrity, strive for self-improvement, and have an open-minded, "can-do" attitude. Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug testing, and hold a valid driver's license with a good driving history.
