Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including businesses, dealerships, and government agencies Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and service requests Fleet Management Support:
Assist the National Fleet Manager in devising fleet management strategies and ensuring their timely execution Monitor and update records of fleet business tracking systems to track fleet sales performance and client-specific requirements Operational Efficiency:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient fleet operations, adherence to regulations, and cost-effectiveness Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving business operational efficiency within key accounts Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain proper documentation and records related to key client accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations Monitor fleet performance and finances, providing regular reports to upper management Requirements:
2+ Years in a Logistics Role, same or similar Fleet Key Accounts Manager Degree in Logistics or Accounting Outstanding Organizational Skills Analytical Mindset and Problem-Solving Skills Exceptional Interpersonal Skills Automotive Experience ESSENTIAL
