Internal Service Writer-Glen Mills, PA:

CarShop (formerly CarSense), a subsidiary of Penske Automotive Group, is seeking a Internal Service Writer.  

What role are we searching for?

The ideal candidate has knowledge and experience in the automotive repair arena, and has a passion for customer service. You will consult with the Internal Service Technicians to ensure they are fully informed of the required and recommended services. The Internal Service Writer directly interacts with the internal team and is expected to meet and exceed the customers' needs and expectations for timely service, while optimizing the technician's recommendations. You will be knowledgeable and diligently follow all policies and procedures of the Internal Service Department and will be expected to make recommendations that will improve company performance.

What skills do you bring to the role?

The successful candidate will demonstrate a history of striving for and achieving excellent results. He/She demonstrates sustained performance and poise under heavy pressure, able to handle delicate situations with sincere professionalism. The Internal Service Consultant is an effective communicator. He/She has good problem-solving skills and basic computer skills. The successful candidate will exemplify integrity, strive for self-improvement, and have an open-minded, "can-do" attitude. Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug testing, and hold a valid driver's license with a good driving history.
