Job Title: Automotive Manager

Job Description (Automotive Experience NOT REQUIRED, but a Plus)

We are seeking an Automotive Manager who can coach and develop technicians, perform light automotive repairs, manage supplies, and oversee the inspection and preventative maintenance of customer vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Work Environment

This role has three openings in different locations: Frederick, Gaithersburg, and Gambrills. The position requires working first shift from 7am-7pm with 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends. Candidates must be flexible with their schedules.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gambrills, Maryland.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00
