Plan, Schedule, Budget, Implement, Invitees and Venues Ensures Suppliers are briefed are briefed on the requirements Ensures all time, quality and cost requirements of the project are met Analyses effectiveness of the activity POS Material and Advertising
Checks Dealer activities compliance with Corporate Standards Plan, Design, Budget, Produce, Distribute, and report on POS Material Plan, Coordinate, Budget, and Report on new model Photo shoots Marketing Promotional Material
Plan, Design, Budget, Produce, Distribute, and report on promotional material Ensures all time, quality and cost requirements of the project are met Analyses effectiveness of the activity Marketing Proposal Evaluation
Evaluates and gives feedback on ad hoc marketing proposals Sales Promotion Flow
Produce and Implement Sales Promotion activity by building SP Flows Budget Control and Cost planning
Budget Planning Budget Expenditure Administration RELEVANT INFORMATION/ PARAMETERS OF WORK ENVIRONMENT
Dealer Bulletins, Announcements and Press Releases Launches, functions and conferences, Successful Events and Exhibitions High Quality Point of Sale and Marketing Material High Quality Dealer Advertising Budget and Approval Documentation Strategy Documents Sales Promotion Flows Product Press Coverage Media Reports Accepted or Rejected Proposals REQUIREMENTS
2+ years in the same or similar role as Marketing Coordinator in a dealership or OEM in the Automotive Industry Bachelors degree in marketing or advertising TECHNICAL COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Relevant Product Knowledge PR Skills Marketing Skills Strong Numerical Abilities
