Recruit and train office staffComplete daily bank reconciliation & cash reportReview and sign company checksPerform weekly schedule reviews and work with office staff to maintain them.Collect NSF funds; turn over applicable items to legal counsel for collectionFormulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of recordsReview documentation which relate to the handling and processing of documents.Review payroll before it is processedPrepare and process monthly sales tax depositsPrepare and process monthly VIT tax paymentsPerform month-end close proceduresAssist in completion of annual/review/auditLiaison with customers and outside vendorsLend support to all department managersHere’s what you’ll need:
3 or more years of experience working in a franchise dealership business office manager role2 or more years of experience in a supervisor or office manager role highly preferredAdvanced-level proficiency with Microsoft Office products including ExcelThorough understanding of accounting principlesExperience with DMS systems such as ADP/Reynolds/Ignite a mustHigh School diploma, college degree is preferredMust be able to provide references upon requestWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer
