The Industrial Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of industrial equipment and structures. **Responsibilities:** 1. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers or sealers as needed. 2. Select and mix paints and coatings to achieve desired colors and finishes, following specifications and instructions. 3. Apply paint or coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers, ensuring even coverage and smooth finishes. 4. Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools, including spray guns, compressors, and paint mixing machines. 5. Monitor drying times and environmental conditions to ensure proper curing of paint and coatings. 6. Inspect finished surfaces for defects or imperfections and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs. 7. Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace. 8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of paints, coatings, and equipment. **Requirements** **:** + Previous experience as an automotive painter. + Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials. + Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately. + Strong attention to detail and quality. + Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. **Location** **:** Sioux Falls, SD **Pay** **:** $22-27/Hour **Schedule** **:** Monday thru Thursday, 6AM to 4:30PM or 3:30PM-2AM (Optional OT on Fridays) _If this position isn’t quite what you’re_ _looking for, feel free to apply anyway!
