Job Description

We are seeking an experienced painter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have autobody paint experience with a strong understanding of the painting process, including applying different layers of paint and running the ovens to cure between coats. The candidate must have the skill to deliver a top-quality finish on the products.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.

JOB SUMMARY:

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
•\tStrong understanding of automotive painting process preferred
•\tDemonstrate knowledge and skill of automotive painting
•\tAbility to work well with a team or unsupervised
•\tPrevious experience in manufacturing or other related fields
•\tAbility to handle a physical workload
•\tAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
•\tForward-thinking, goal-oriented, and understanding of role within a growing company

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•\tPaint safes or parts of safes or vault doors with paint, primer, and clear coat
•\tUse ovens to cure safes between coats
•\tConduct quality inspections on products throughout the process
•\tMaintain a clean and orderly work area

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
•\tMust be able to handle physical workload, including standing for extended periods of time, bending, stooping, lifting
•\tMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs unaided
