Schedule - Thursday-Saturday 9am-8pm

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Answer phones in a professional manner, within three rings, and transfer customers promptly to appropriate destinationTakes messages from customer when desired person is unable to be reached or at customer requestGreet and accommodate walk-in customers promptly; provides timely, friendly, professional serviceProvide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concernsMaintain a professional appearance alwaysCall customers when license plates come in and keep a license plate log to ensure accuracyOther duties as assigned

Here’s what you’ll need:

Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.SPrevious Receptionist experience; automotive dealership experience strongly preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Strong computer skills including usage of Inventory Control software, Internet and Microsoft Office SuiteA valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standardsFlexibility in schedule, to accommodate business needs
