Here’s what you’ll be doing:

List and price all sales ordersReport lost sales each day to Parts SecretarySecure agreement/purchase order from qualified wholesale customer covering cost, transportation method, and payment with special attention given to first-time or occasional buyersObtain authorization from customer if original agreement changes; delivery date, transportation cost or availabilityEnter all wholesale orders into order processing and delivery system in the order in which they are receivedProvide necessary information for special and emergency orders to Parts SecretaryMaintain back order fileNotify all special-order customers upon arrival of partsComplete a written purchase order for all outside parts and services and obtain management approvalEnsure customer understand dealerships policy on returns, damage, over ship, shortage, and creditMaintain catalogs, technical bulletins, and price schedules as requestedRespond to telephone in accordance to dealership policyContact assigned customer list weekly, providing follow-up and solicitation of new businessRead and understand all federal, state, and local regulations regarding wholesale part salesOperate and maintain dealership owned equipment in a manner consistent with dealership policy

What you’ll need:

2 or more years of experience selling wholesale parts in the automotive industryStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsStrong level of professionalism and sincere desire to serve the customerMust be minimum 18 years oldHigh School diploma or equivalentA valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standardsExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer skills
