**The pay scale above is the compensation range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, relevant education and/or training, and performance related bonuses and incentives.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Lead customers through the sales process including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing and paperworkPerform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/carsUse Customer Relationship Management tool to effectively track all customer interactionsEffectively educate customers on Ken Garff BenefitsPresent customer Deal Structure and additional finance productsFollow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfactionDevelop additional sales skills and techniques through ongoing training and instruction utilizing Ken Garff UniversityComplete any and all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.Represent the dealership and Ken Garff Automotive

Here’s what you’ll need:

Minimum 2 years' experience in SALES focused role, AUTO SALES highly desired but not a deal breaker.WILL TRAIN in AUTO SALESStrong communication skills, written and verbalMust be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.SHigh School Diploma or equivalentA valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
