What We Offer: + Weekly Salary + commission + Paid, formal in-house training program + Mentorship and coaching + Promotion opportunities available from within + Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance + Life Insurance + 401(k) with company match + Sick & Vacation time + Paid Holidays + Employee Discounts Responsibilities: + Enhance the customer buying process with high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles + Prepare and present demo vehicles so latest technology is enabled and ready for display + Supply customer with product performance and benefits + Build strong rapport with customers + Assist with lead generation by managing incoming emails and set appointments for vehicle demonstrations over email and text communication + Prepare email collateral for clients in anticipation of scheduled appointments, making sure clients are informed before they walk into the dealership Qualifications: + Must have a valid NYS Drivers License - candidates must provide a Drivers Abstract + Must be able to pass a pre-screen drug test prior to employment + Previous sales experience preferred + Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday + Quality customer service skills and sales track record + Strong interpersonal communication skills + Eagerness to learn dealership best practices and advance customer service skills Compensation: + Weekly Salary + Monthly Commission Estimated annual earnings: $50,000 - $100,000
