Excellent customer service skills are a MUSTPrevious Service Advisor experience required – 2 years preferredReynolds and Reynolds experience highly preferredClean driving record and valid driver’s licenseSelf-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferredProfessional groomed personal appearanceReady to waste no time on learning new product and eager to improve

Job Duties:

Understand Customers’ problems and arrange for appropriate servicePrioritize required services, and offer optionsSet and manage the expectations of the service delivery for both the customers and mechanicsContinuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion times
