QUALIFICATIONS:

JOB DESCRIPTION: Service Advisor
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong ability to provide exceptional client interactions. They will be able to work well in a family atmosphere and will take great pride in producing outstanding results with unparalleled quality and a sense of urgency.
Acknowledge clients in a timely and friendly fashionWork with clients to determine the primary concerns and required preventive maintenance servicesCheck vehicle history and Oasis report for open recalls and previously recommended but declined servicesGenerate repair orders with accurate and detailed informationCreate concern lines using the customers verbiage and as much detail about the concern as possible to aid the technician in an efficient and accurate diagnosisPerform a walk-around inspection with the client of their vehicle and document any preexisting damage with photographsSet mutually agreeable expectations with the client for the length of time for follow up and/or completionPromptly contact clients with the technician’s findingsProvide follow up with the status of the vehicle with clientsFollow all company and manufacturer policies and proceduresHandle incoming phone calls promptly and courteouslyMaintain Ford training certificationsBook completed repairsUnderstand and apply factory and aftermarket warrantiesCollect all payments due prior to releasing the vehicleEnsure completed vehicles are picked up promptlyArrange for pick up and deliver of vehiclesProvide courteous, polite, and professional service with a smileMaintain a clean and organized work areaList is not exhaustive, other duties as assigned by leadership as necessary
