Greet and assist customers with vehicle service needs, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and inspections. Accurately diagnose customer concerns, recommend services, and provide clear explanations of required repairs. Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders. Provide customers with detailed estimates, timelines, and costs for services. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, answering questions, and resolving issues. Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in automotive serviceHere’s what you have:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. License: Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario). Driving Record: Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions. Background Check: Clean criminal background check. Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada. Availability: Minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.Nice to have:
