POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a strong customer service oriented and energetic Sales Assistant who will greet and communicate with customers and other employees.  The selected individuals will resolve customer needs relating to the service, sales, and parts for their vehicle and ensure that each customer has an experience that creates a lifetime customer.  

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service while generating leads through our service drive.Regularly meet with service advisors to check in on opportunities.Review service appointments in the Reynolds and Reynolds Tool and follow up with customers who are most likely to be interested.Aim for 5 ICO Appraisals per day.Hand off customers to the appropriate manager if they wish to trade their vehicle for a new or used one.Conduct a thorough mechanical inspection if a customer decides to sell only.Present the KBB ICO and Appraisal Purchase Voucher from vAuto to customers (if selling only).Follow up on KBB ICO offers that did not result in a sale or trade.Make 40-60 calls per day using the Reynolds and Reynolds tool, aiming to set 4 appointments daily.Check out daily with the General Sales Manager, providing confirmation on your performance.Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1-3 years of customer service representative experienceMust be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.High School Diploma or equivalentValid in-state driver's license and a good driving record
