Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Answer phones in a professional manner, within three rings, and transfer customers promptly to appropriate destinationTakes messages from customer when desired person is unable to be reached or at customer requestService and Office filingGreet and accommodate walk-in customers promptly; provides timely, friendly, professional serviceProvide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concernsIdentify, recommend, and support opportunities for process improvementAlways maintain a professional appearanceDisperse and sort mail each dayCall customers when license plates come in and keep a license plate log to ensure accuracyMake copies when needed, order business cards, and print Dealer Socket letters each morningOther duties as assigned

Here’s what you’ll need:

Previous automotive dealership experience a plus but not required1 year of prior receptionist experience highly preferredMust be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.SHigh school diploma or equivalentA valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
