MAU is hiring an Automotive Technician at Mallaghan in Newnan, GA. As an Automotive Technician, you will build and modify trucks to fit the client’s design.

Benefits Package $17 - $22 per hour 1st shift, Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Friday – voluntary overtime Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Temp-to-hire opportunity 401k options Production bonuses Paid holidays Required Education and Experience 2+ years of experience with automotive paint/body work, automotive electricity, carpentry, plumbing, light vehicle technology, hydraulics, and/or mechanics Experience using power tools or mechanic-based tools General Requirements Ability to stand, squat, and bend for long periods Efficient communication skills Self-starter comfortable working as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Essential Functions Build and modify trucks to fit the client’s design Use power tools to make necessary modifications to the chassis (i.e., magnetic drill, hand drill, impact gun, etc.) Read engineering drawings and produce high quality products to exact specifications Work to set production targets and safely move production parts Work as part of a team to develop continuous improvement Follow all safety regulations Perform other tasks as assigned
