We are seeking Emissions Technicians who will focus on EPA testing for mileage and emission standards. As an Associate Technician, you will demonstrate basic knowledge, skills, training, and learning ability that you can use in other Engineering organizations. This entry level technician position is for technicians with little or no experience that have some formal education in a core skill area. In this role you will handle basic project assignments with supervision. Please note this is a three-shift operation. Description: + Test operator + Setting vehicle on test site and driving the test vehicle + Could be one vehicle all day, or running 5+ tests a day + Automotive industry experience is preferred but not required + Associates is preferred + Trade school – should come with an associate degree or certification Requirements: + Must be open to all three shifts + This position requires an employee to be on-site on a full-time basis. + Outstanding interpersonal and relationship leadership skills to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization as needed Preferred: Experience in automotive, industrial machinery, testing, chassis dyno, emissions testing, test technician, quality control, quality technician, robotics, controls About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
